Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

BridgeAI Tech Pte. Ltd. ("BridgeAI," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom AI consulting, design, build, deploy, and training services to enterprise clients. We respect the privacy of the people and organizations we engage with, and this policy explains how we handle personal data.

This policy is written to reflect our actual practices. We have kept it simple on purpose. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@bridgeaitech.com.

2. Who We Are

3. Information We Collect

Our website does not have contact forms, sign-up forms, or any other input fields that ask you for personal data. We do not maintain user accounts.

In the ordinary course of business, we may nonetheless come into contact with personal data in the following ways:

3.1 Information You Send Us by Email

If you email us at hello@bridgeaitech.com (or any other BridgeAI email address), we will receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365) for our email.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically by Our Website

Our website is hosted on Vercel, and our domain is managed through GoDaddy. These providers may automatically log basic technical information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and the pages you visit. This information is collected and processed by Vercel and GoDaddy as our hosting and domain service providers, in accordance with their own privacy practices.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or other third-party analytics tools.

3.3 Information from Publicly Available Sources

When researching prospective clients or contacts, we may review publicly available business information — for example, LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and public business directories. We use this information only to understand whether there is a potential fit and to inform business outreach.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal data only for limited business purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries you send us
  • To carry out and manage client engagements
  • To pursue business development and outreach
  • To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations
  • To protect our business, our clients, and the integrity of our communications

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data we receive through our website or general business communications to train AI models.

5. Who We Share Information With

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers we rely on to run the business, currently including Microsoft (for email), Vercel (for website hosting), and GoDaddy (for domain services). Each of these providers handles data under their own terms and privacy practices.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where reasonably needed.
  • Authorities or other parties, where we are legally required to disclose information or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.

If our business is ever sold or restructured, personal data may transfer to the new owner as part of that transaction.

6. International Data

BridgeAI is based in Singapore and works with clients in multiple regions. The service providers we rely on (Microsoft, Vercel, GoDaddy) operate internationally, and personal data we handle may be stored or processed in countries outside Singapore as part of those providers' standard operations. We rely on the contractual terms and privacy commitments offered by these providers; we do not independently transfer personal data to additional parties outside Singapore.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal data only as long as we have a reasonable business or legal reason to do so. Email correspondence is retained within our Microsoft 365 environment in line with our internal business practices. Records related to client engagements are kept for as long as required by the relevant contract and applicable law. When we no longer need information, we delete it or stop actively using it.

8. How We Protect Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we handle. Our practices include:

  • Using reputable service providers (Microsoft, Vercel, GoDaddy) whose platforms include built-in security protections, including encryption of data in transit
  • Limiting access to business systems to authorized personnel
  • Using strong passwords and account-level protections on the systems we use
  • Deleting or removing data we no longer need

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your communications with us are at risk, please let us know at hello@bridgeaitech.com.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can contact us at hello@bridgeaitech.com if you would like to:

  • Ask what personal data, if any, we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete information we hold about you
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you, or ask us to stop contacting you

We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and in some cases we may be limited in what we can do — for example, where we are required to keep certain records for legal or contractual reasons.

10. Cookies

Our website may use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are placed by our hosting and domain providers (Vercel and GoDaddy) for the purpose of operating the site. We do not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.

11. Client Project Data

When we deliver services, our enterprise clients sometimes share data with us as part of the engagement. That data may include personal information about the client's own employees, customers, or end users.

For data shared by clients in this way, the client is responsible for that data, and BridgeAI handles it on the client's behalf under the terms of the relevant agreement or data processing terms. This policy does not govern that data — the client's own agreement with BridgeAI does.

When we design, build, and deploy solutions for clients, we work exclusively on approved hyperscaler platforms — such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) — and apply the industry-leading security guardrails and controls available in those environments. Specific architecture, configuration, and security measures for each engagement are agreed with the client and set out in the relevant project documentation.

12. AI and Automated Decisions

BridgeAI builds AI systems for clients. In relation to personal data we receive through our website or general business communications:

  • We do not use this data to train AI models
  • We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based on data we collect through this website

For AI systems we build for clients, the handling of data within those systems — including any use in model training or decision-making — is governed by the relevant client agreement.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or platforms (such as LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing personal data with them.

14. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable laws. The current version is always available on our website.
